I was in Grand Forks for the day with no spare key. I locked myself out of my car. I left a message with Greg he called back quickly. I had a great experience with Warren’s Lock & Keys. When I first called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I just needed a door key made for my Mercedes, and she wasn’t sure if they had the correct blade, so I told her I would stop in so they could take a look.

When I got there, they did have the right blade, and the gentleman who cut the key for me was amazing. He actually ended up cutting the key manually on the machine. He was very fast, very friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing.

The key works perfectly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great customer service all around! I would definitely recommend Warren’s Lock & Keys to anyone needing keys made or lock work done.

I was leading a convoy of buses very early on a Saturday morning. We stopped in Kenmare to fuel one of the coach buses. The operator inadvertently locked the key in the vehicle while it was running. We were given a number for a Kenmare locksmith and left a voice message. After 20 minutes and no callback we called the Kenmare police department, but our call was never returned. Next we called the sheriff’s office and were told they had no deputy in the area and further they don’t have equipment for lockouts. I was given the number for Minot locksmiths and the first to answer was Schock’s. Remember this was very early and it was apparent I woke someone up. After explaining our circumstance I was told “I’m walking toward my van now.” 50 minutes later he arrived. Given that we had a 2026 brand new commercial vehicle, gaining entry was a bit more complicated, but after 20 minutes of extremely careful work (to avoid any damage) he had the door open and we were able to continue our delivery to Regina and made our flight home. Outstanding service!!!
