Lock smith never showed up. Called me stating they were on their way to my location and stated they are about a 45 minute drive out (this was at approx. 5pm). I waited hours and tried calling the lock smith directly. Was not able to get ahold of locksmith or leave a voice mail. I also waited on hold with Key Me for multiple hours to no avail. I gave up at 11:00pm. The next morning I got my vehicle unlocked by a different agency that was cheaper, more communicative, and actually showed up. FYI KEY ME REQUIRES PAYMENT PRIOR TO SERVICE WHICH IS NOT NORMAL. Had to contact Key Me who the lock smith was contracted with to get a refund at a different date. If you want to pay more for unreliable service and a head ache I would recommend using Key Me to find a lock smith.

Had already been waiting for a different locksmith for over an hour, just to have them cancel on me. They came out within 30 minutes to help me with my lock on my truck and explained what the problem could be! The guy was very kind and helpful! Thank you so much!

He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌

Out of the three keys that I wanted it cut one key twice and didn’t cut the third key at all, so I had to buy a fourth key.

Great service! They arrived in less than 20 minutes and programmed my key fob in under 20 minutes as well. The price was very reasonable. Fast, professional, and highly recommended!

My grandson and I went to make some keys. We made five keys for my granddaughter’s house and everyone of them work a lot of times keys don’t work when you get a maid, but these work awesome thank you

I had a great experience with Warren’s Lock & Keys. When I first called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I just needed a door key made for my Mercedes, and she wasn’t sure if they had the correct blade, so I told her I would stop in so they could take a look.

When I got there, they did have the right blade, and the gentleman who cut the key for me was amazing. He actually ended up cutting the key manually on the machine. He was very fast, very friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing.

The key works perfectly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great customer service all around! I would definitely recommend Warren’s Lock & Keys to anyone needing keys made or lock work done.
