He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌

I had a great experience with Warren’s Lock & Keys. When I first called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I just needed a door key made for my Mercedes, and she wasn’t sure if they had the correct blade, so I told her I would stop in so they could take a look.

When I got there, they did have the right blade, and the gentleman who cut the key for me was amazing. He actually ended up cutting the key manually on the machine. He was very fast, very friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing.

The key works perfectly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great customer service all around! I would definitely recommend Warren’s Lock & Keys to anyone needing keys made or lock work done.

Out of the three keys that I wanted it cut one key twice and didn’t cut the third key at all, so I had to buy a fourth key.

I was in Grand Forks for the day with no spare key. I locked myself out of my car. I left a message with Greg he called back quickly. He came in a timely manner and opened my vehicle within a couple minutes. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing! I was so thankful and appreciated his help!

Would call these guys every time!! I checked like 4 places and Guardian had the best or same price of everyone, and I had to order a fob and they agreed to overnight it. They called as soon as it came in this morning and were at my house within the hour. Really great to work with as well and super responsive!

The key I ordered did not work. It had an added notch on the end of the key. I had to file it off to match another key that I had and I got it to work. First time I ever used the kiosk. Not impressed.
