We have a 2 year old home and the builder recommended getting a tri-point lock for our 8′ tall front door. It started sticking shortly after we moved in and continued to get worse until it bound up. I called the door vendor, no luck. I called a few lock places in town and no one works on these types of locks. One of the other locksmiths recommended Lincoln Lock and said they are the only ones he knows who work on trial-point locks.
Caleb came and gave me an estimate. It was an expensive fix to get a whole new lock assembly ordered but was the only way to have an operational front door. A week later it came in and Drew came to install it. Unfortunately the new lock failed after just a couple of days and Drew came out at 7 on a Friday night to help secure the door till it could be repaired again. For no charge, they ordered a second lock and came back to replace it again. This time, it seemed to work pretty well. But Drew was not happy with how it felt to him and he felt pretty certain it would fail again. So he ordered yet another lock assembly for no charge. And this one works smoothly and to our (and his) expectations.
I am impressed by how diligent they have been on this project. It took a lot of their time and 6 visits to us to get it to their satisfaction. If I ever need assistance with a lock in the future I will absolutely call them again.

These guys were great! They answered my call at 11pm on a Saturday and showed up in 20mins. They were super polite and knowledgeable people and also gave me a great price for unlocking my car. I definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be the first people I call if it ever happens again. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Bob did absolutely incredible work. He was so fun to talk to and went completely above and beyond. He came to re-key the house, but also replaced a very finicky door knob that I was struggling to remove. He taught me a lot and just did a spectacular job. I thoroughly recommend working with these guys!

I brought in an older Mitsubishi and needed a spare key fob (never take a long trip without a spare), knowing it wouldn’t be easy. They took the challenge and ran with it, ordered a refurbished fob, programmed it, and cut the key for probably less than half what it would’ve cost at a dealership. The owners are super-friendly and I’d absolutely go there again and recommend them to others.

I had a great experience with Warren’s Lock & Keys. When I first called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I just needed a door key made for my Mercedes, and she wasn’t sure if they had the correct blade, so I told her I would stop in so they could take a look.

When I got there, they did have the right blade, and the gentleman who cut the key for me was amazing. He actually ended up cutting the key manually on the machine. He was very fast, very friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing.

The key works perfectly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great customer service all around! I would definitely recommend Warren’s Lock & Keys to anyone needing keys made or lock work done.
