David did an amazing me helping me get into the car and he created me a new key. I didn’t even know locksmiths could create a key with electrically working buttons, but he did. No need to go in the dealer. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

AMAZING quick, efficient, and reasonable mobile service! I called on a Sunday to have them come out and make 2 replacement car key fobs. Sol was sent out and he did a great job! He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling! Highly recommend!!! I had 2 extra car key fobs cut and programmed for $190…they were able to use the fobs I bought off Amazon. 🤩

We had an unexpected lockout situation while out at a restaurant, and this locksmith came through like a hero. They arrived incredibly fast—and got us back into our car without any hassle at all. I use Google to find this place and call the place on Saturday and spoke with the lady and she informed me the prices to have my key laser cut and even sent me the location to my phone so I can come in person. So very great customer service. When I came today was a very quick visit. I was in and out and under 3 minutes for two keys cut. I was greeted when I entered the business. The man behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I got to the car I programmed the key and crank it up and pulled off so it was a very smooth experience.

Exceptional service from Jacob and Janice installing an electronic front door lock and a lock to my garage. Communication, efficiency and product knowledge was very good and no pressure to add additional service.

Jacob explained what he was doing and when an additional service was needed he checked with me first noting the price.

I purchased the buy 2 get 1 free and when I got home none of the keys worked. I contacted the company about the issue and asked for a refund but haven’t heard anything back.
Update: After speaking with customer service, they are going to refund me to cost of the keys. I really hope they can recalibrate the machines to cut keys right the first time. I have had keys cut at a machine in Walmart and never had a problem.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I needed a locksmith & They tried to take advantage of me by saying my address (which is 14mins away from this company) is out of the service area and wanting to charge me $300 to open my front door. I received a call from the company to tell me about this and once she realized I wasn’t going to pay $300 for someone to travel 14 mins up the road she HUNG UP on me. This is the only closest locksmith to me and I’m thoroughly disgusted at their price gouging to people who just need help!!

If I could give a 0 review I would. This kiosk is placed inside of a Lowe’s hardware store. I made 2 keys made and they were completely useless – the machine actually just milled straight across the blank.

The key machining experience was enhanced by the fact that the Lowe’s customer service staff is unable to easily credit your money back to you due to some warped business arrangement.

I was thankful that the customer service representative at Lowe’s was so helpful as she had limited ability to refund me the cost and make arrangements for an actual person to grind my keys for me.
