I recently needed help with my 2014 Mercedes and had an excellent experience working with Charles. From the very beginning, he was easy to get in touch with and took the time to discuss the issues I was experiencing with the vehicle in detail.

What impressed me most was his knowledge and honesty. Rather than jumping to conclusions, he explained two possible diagnoses for the problem and clearly outlined the reasoning behind each. Since I was on a tight timeline, he made every effort to accommodate me and was able to come out and inspect the car within 24 hours.

Charles was very transparent about pricing, communicated clearly throughout the process, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s not often you find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.

Ok , here I go. I first called inquiring about work on a Body Control Module that I thought I needed, as my car started intermittently and the doors and hatch opened on their own.After speaking with Liz, she continued asking me questions and convinced me it was my key fob ( I was not 100% sure of this).
So I paid for a new factory key fob and mobile service as my car would not start.
The technician finished in10 minutes and it worked perfectly. Even the emergency door key was cut perfectly.
Every part of my experience with them was excellent.
Don’t go anywhere else!!!!

Minute Key was easier than I thought. I went to Lowe’s key center, used the kiosk that copies your car key, paid, and the Minute Key company calls you to schedule an appointment to meet the technician at the same place you purchased the key (mine was a Lowe’s). When Minute Key 1st calls to make an appointment, they ask more info about your car (make model, etc), they ask you to bring all the keys you own for that specific vehicle and to drive that vehicle to your appointment. It took the guy 10 minutes. He already had my information, already had a key, just had to hook up the scanner to my car to program the key. I only paid half the price I would at the dealership. Highly recommend.
