I can’t say enough great things about Coastal Locks of Havelock, New Bern, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. From start to finish, the experience was professional, timely, and stress-free. Aaron was an absolute standout. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly exemplary.

What impressed me most was how military-friendly and accommodating this company is. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, even when it meant the company took a small loss just to do the right thing. That kind of integrity and dedication to service is rare these days.

The keys I had copied for my house locks were very close, visually, to the original, but they do not turn in the lock and are useless. Upon further inspection it seems the machine made all of the teeth slightly larger than the original, even though the teeth pattern is accurate.
