The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest. The was a house key. It worked great just with the basic cut. When got home, it was perfect.
No upgrade needed. Machine paused b4 starting without telling me it was going to proceed to make the key. So for a couple of minutes I wasn’t sure if it would. I was wondering if I did something wrong. But it started and happy about the key.

Too complicated for older customers. Too expensive . Took to long to have 1 or 2 keys made. They work. But ca.e out too rough on edges.came out to bought. Edges needed filling.If I have choice in
..will never use again. However for this one time. Was after hours, most all other shops close and this machine with help of younger employee of Walmart who new how to operate this machine just happen to be available when I needed help. Thanks for having your machine there that night for me. It worked for me with help.

Key wouldn’t start vehicle after I programmed it. It locks and unlocks the vehicle. Key turns ignition and won’t start. I asked to have it checked and all I got was “Your not making any sense, if it turns the ignition it works.” He was very disrespectful. I agree it should work, could be a faulty key. However, he argued with me for a while. Horrible customer service.

The owners were extremely pleasant to work with, and went out of their way to get us in a rental truck when the UHaul app failed. I would drive out of my way (and put extra miles on the truck) to rent from them again. I’m sure they have this same attitude toward customers in their other lines of work. Good people!

Horrible! Paid $23 for 6 keys and not a single one of the fits my door. I will stick to the old fashioned way and get a person to cut my keys…. I used the machine for convenience and it’s ending up costing me more time and money in the long run. Very disappointed!
