The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest. Give Mike Harbour a call at Waldo’s lock & Security & schedule appointment with him if you want to be just as a happy customer as I am now!!!

I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. The was a house key. It worked great just with the basic cut. When got home, it was perfect.
No upgrade needed. Machine paused b4 starting without telling me it was going to proceed to make the key. So for a couple of minutes I wasn’t sure if it would. I was wondering if I did something wrong. But it started and happy about the key.
