We had a great experience with Complete Lock and Key. Alex came out to rekey the home we just bought and was incredibly fast, professional, and kind. I expected it to take a while, but he finished the whole job in the time I thought it would take to do one door!

He also made us a new mailbox key, and when the first one didn’t work, he and the team at the shop took care of it right away—no hassle and no extra charge. The service was affordable, and the customer care was top notch. Highly recommend.

I had a scenario where I lost my whole car key while visiting Dillon. I found this place and was saved. They have friendly and professional people like James (the tech that helped me.) They communicate effectively and we’re fast about everything they did. Considering the pickle I put myself in, I found them very affordable and they can come to you if need be. They made keys for my 1965 Mustang with no problem. Also offered to make keys for my 2004 Tahoe cheaper than the dealer. Will keep going to them whenever I need some made.

I called the store to see if they were open and the woman that answered the phone was very rude. Yelling at me. If the store is not open why answer the phone. She has very poor customer service skills.

If you need a locksmith, stop looking and call this man! We needed new keys for our 2010 F-150, and the entire experience was flawless.

First off, he arrived VERY quickly. Seriously, he must have a secret warp drive on his van because he was on the scene before I had time to panic properly.

Beyond the speed, his professionalism was top-notch. Here’s the best part: He didn’t just fix the problem; he saved me money! He was completely upfront about the costs and never once tried to “gauge” me, even though he easily could have. That honesty and integrity alone are worth five stars.

To top it all off, he took the time to explain the best-case plan if I ever ended up in a jam again, and he had one of the best, most genuine personalities I’ve ever come across. He’s an expert technician and a great person.

I will absolutely be calling him for any future lock or key needs. This is the gold standard of service.
