Woke up early to go to work and key fob had completely stopped working. Dan is very knowledgable, thorough, honest and fair. Dan took on a job for me while we were traveling. It wasn’t his normal residential and commercial job. I used the Kiosk for 2 separate keys. I needed 2 each of the keys. I thought $4 per key was expensive. But I was given a free key with the purchase of 2. I left the store with my 6 new shiny keys. When I got to my office, not one of the new keys worked in either lock. I immediately messaged MK. I have yet to hear from them.

The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest. Give Mike Harbour a call at Waldo’s lock & Security & schedule appointment with him if you want to be just as a happy customer as I am now!!!

The key was not trimmed properly. It’s hardly able to fit inside and so tight it will barely unlock and turn.
