I called to see if they would add a pouch onto the back of a leather tote bag. Person said they don’t take new items just repairs because the leather supplies except the sewing machine was not kept at the store. I told her, that’s all I need, just sew on a pouch for me. This person let out the largest sigh and said “what kind of pouch is it?”. I don’t want to force anyone to take my money so I told her if they didn’t need the work, I would go elsewhere. She let me go. Crazy! If you have a business, don’t you want to actually do business?

I have used minute key in the past but never did a review I must say they’re good . Much faster never long lines and you have options for different designs. Not to mention buy 2 get one free. It came in handy as i needed a copy for my grandfather’s house.
