I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Woke up early to go to work and key fob had completely stopped working. Dan is very knowledgable, thorough, honest and fair. Dan took on a job for me while we were traveling. It wasn’t his normal residential and commercial job. I bought keys here before but they never worked and I thought it was because they were specialty keys. There I decided to give them a second chance with regular, trash. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
