In early September, St. Isidore Parish had some issues with their aged wood doors at both Sacred Heart Church in Middleboro, MA and St. Rose of Lima Church in Rochester, MA. Billy was able to locate, purchase, and install a matching outer handle that had sheared off one of the doors in Middleboro. He was also able to accompany me down to Rochester to tighten the lock assemblies that were spinning within those 2 inch thick doors all in the same day. Ethan was awesome! Knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly! He programmed a very much needed new fob for my car and was lightning fast! I have had one made before at the dealership and let me tell you, Burnham’s was about a third of the price, a hundred times faster and a million times easier! Key wouldn’t start vehicle after I programmed it. It locks and unlocks the vehicle. Key turns ignition and won’t start. I asked to have it checked and all I got was “Your not making any sense, if it turns the ignition it works.” He was very disrespectful. I agree it should work, could be a faulty key. However, he argued with me for a while. Horrible customer service.

Exceptional service from Jacob and Janice installing an electronic front door lock and a lock to my garage. Communication, efficiency and product knowledge was very good and no pressure to add additional service.

Jacob explained what he was doing and when an additional service was needed he checked with me first noting the price.

The owners were extremely pleasant to work with, and went out of their way to get us in a rental truck when the UHaul app failed. I would drive out of my way (and put extra miles on the truck) to rent from them again. I’m sure they have this same attitude toward customers in their other lines of work. Good people!
