I had a scenario where I lost my whole car key while visiting Dillon. I found this place and was saved. They have friendly and professional people like James (the tech that helped me.) They communicate effectively and we’re fast about everything they did. Considering the pickle I put myself in, I found them very affordable and they can come to you if need be. I highly recommend this company. I am responsible for the contractors at the company I work for and, they are my best decision so far. The prices can’t be bet and the owners are extremely friendly. Great service and a colorful little shop. They offer a large selection of key blanks to cut, with all the accessories. There are some rustic, country living style bits of decoration for sale as well. I got a good deal on my key cutting and definitely suggest a visit if you need good quality service

The owners were extremely pleasant to work with, and went out of their way to get us in a rental truck when the UHaul app failed. I would drive out of my way (and put extra miles on the truck) to rent from them again. I’m sure they have this same attitude toward customers in their other lines of work. Good people!

We had a great experience with Complete Lock and Key. Alex came out to rekey the home we just bought and was incredibly fast, professional, and kind. I expected it to take a while, but he finished the whole job in the time I thought it would take to do one door!

He also made us a new mailbox key, and when the first one didn’t work, he and the team at the shop took care of it right away—no hassle and no extra charge. The service was affordable, and the customer care was top notch. Highly recommend.

I just heard about Gibson Key from someone I do business with. In the past I have used other sources for spare Keys and such. Let me tell you these guys know their stuff. They made me replacement keys that worked great! While I was in their shop I inquired about electronic key fobs and replacements. They told me that they could replace the fob for my car and told me the price. It was a good chunk of change, but they said if I had the parts from the old fob, they might be able to help. WELL DONE MATT! Thank you! He fix the Fob! I can not say enough great things about these kind gentleman.

The experience with this machine was not the best. I had to do three separate keys which made me do three separate transactions. The options for key choices is very limited and quite expensive. If the machine where a human makes your key was not broken I may have never actually used this equipment. Not to say that it wasn’t bad just prefer a human.
