I was very anxious when I learned the key copies are made at a kiosk not the store employees. Being not as tech savvy as most people are , I got to watch the person in front of me getting their keys done. Surprisingly when it was my turn The machine actually had the steps on the screen, and reminds you to grab your keys before you leave. The fastest easiest keys ever made for me. I highly recommend Minute Key! I had to get 8 copies of a new key with no problems.
