While camping at Cliffs of the Neuse State Park didn’t realize we lost our programmable key for our Town and Country until everything was packed up. Called Mike’s Locksmith (Google Search) and the nicest person came right out and got us own our way. Thanks again

Had machine cut me 3 Yale door keys. None of them worked. Called 888 number and they refunded my money. So, good customer service. Keys were exact duplicates except that their blanks difference at the very end . Non would turn dead bolt despite many efforts. Oh well. Great concept if it works for you

I had a key fob programmed and a key cut for 2017 Ford Flex. Made an appointment same day and it took about 30-40 minutes. Janice and Jacob did a great job. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their service.

Unfortunately, my car battery died while we were away on a trip. And with it sitting in my driveway, it would’ve cost me a lot more to have it towed to my mechanics.

Enter Pop A Lock…who actually comes to the house and replaces car batteries. What?!

This was so easy and convenient. The tech texted me when they were on their way. Installed the battery much faster than I could’ve on my own. And stayed to make sure it worked properly.

The keys looked good but the key for my bottom lock to get into my house wouldn’t work to unlock the door and I even went to remake it to see if I just didn’t have the key pressed in firmly enough but surely enough the second key I made didn’t work either wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this

Went into Lowes to make copies of three keys. The machine made one, rejected one for some reason and made the third one with the wrong key stock so that when I got home and tried it it wouldn’t work. Brought it back to Lowes and they said I had to somehow work it with the company. They took no responsibility. I understand their point but there doesn’t seem to be a simple way to do that. So I’m writing this review.
