I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!

I had a scenario where I lost my whole car key while visiting Dillon. I found this place and was saved. They have friendly and professional people like James (the tech that helped me.) They communicate effectively and we’re fast about everything they did. Considering the pickle I put myself in, I found them very affordable and they can come to you if need be. I was very impressed by how quickly I received response from my call at 9:15 a.m., I accidentally locked my keys to a file cabinet in a bag I put in the file the night before. It was neededbefore going to a doctor’s appointment during the afternoon . After reviewing locksmith options on the internet, calling, and talking with a young woman, I made a $94.79 deposit to ProLock online. She arrived 15 minutes later and was able to open the lock on the file in three minutes. I also had her to open an older file that I have been unable to open for a few months. I am not sure what happened to the key. She offered to see if she can locate one at her office, but I declined until I can check inside the file drawers. A lot of files have a key taped inside of the file drawer. There was no additional cost to my deposit and I was pleased with her work. I will definitely call again if I need help.

this place was recommended by a member of the local aircooled VW club. I brought my own pair of key blanks and had them cut in a matter of minutes for only $7. would definitely recommend them for those looking to get keys duplicated for vintage autos.

Unfortunately I was locked out of my car this evening and called around 7:30 PM. I was placed to a woman who is very rude. I did not know my location but was at a car wash in Midland on 601 mind you there is only one car wash but I did not have the exact address. She told me I was acting like a teenager and I was being ridiculous. Very rude, and very unprofessional. Thankfully the fire department came and took care of me and helped me out. This woman should be fired unprofessional rude and discourteous. Not necessary when someone has a dog trapped in their car and a very upset child with them and I am a single female needing assistance. Not needed and very rude. Thanks, but not thanks for your help
