Using the key making machine was pretty easy, but a little slower than I would have expected. You also have to be careful and have exact amount or put small purchases on a credit card. It would be nice to have some colored keys other than the fancy ones with team logos, etc. I was making keys for multiple facilities on our campus and it would have been nice to use different colors to represent different buildings.

These guys are great. Got my Honda minivan key done in 40 minutes (with programming) and cost less than 1/3 of what dealership quoted! Friendly and trustworthy, couldn’t ask for anything more.

I made three keys for my home. The process was simple and quick. I tried all three when I got home and they worked perfectly. That has not always been the case when I’ve had keys made at otter locations. Fantastic experience.
