I can’t say enough great things about Coastal Locks of Havelock, New Bern, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. From start to finish, the experience was professional, timely, and stress-free. Called to get a new key for my truck since I lost my only key. Would only set an appointment for another day and wouldn’t even give me an estimated cost for service. Said they don’t work on Saturdays and only the technicians can give prices.

Not impressed at all with level of service. They acted like they could care less to have my business.
