I am extremely satisfied with the work Jody did for us. We bought a house that had 5 different keys for 5 entrances. Jody was able to very quickly and inexpensively re-key them all and consolidate down to 2 keys. He installed deadbolts on doors that needed them, adjusted/lubricated all the locks and now they work great!. Super nice guy, quality & timely workmanship, fair prices. I highly recommend and will be using A1 again for any future needs. Thanks Jody!

I needed an extra key to give a family member in case of emergencies. The kiosk was easy to use and made a perfect match for my key. I took it home and tested it immediately and it worked perfect. The price was reasonable and the kiosk was convenient.

Our motor home had been sitting locked for two years. I could not find the right key to open either door. I called Friday and Wesley was here on Monday. He was able to get here an hour ahead of our appointment. He text and let me know he was on the way. He was able to open both doors and make new keys too! Job well done Wesley!

I had keys made at a kiosk. They are okay keys. Metal is a bit thin but they work fine. The kiosk wanted to charge extra to ‘finish the edge of the key’. I decided to forgo that ‘option’. As l suspected, the edges came out very rough with bits of metal hanging on the cut. This is a janky thing to do to the customer. Those bits of metal can jamb up a lock and require a Lock Smith to fix it. The edges can be finished with a quick application of a wire brush. It is sad that they want to charge you to do the job correctly. Buyer beware.

50% of the keys didn’t work. I requested a refund and now I’m waiting for the credit to appear on my account. I’m thinking it would be better to go to a hardware store and have the new keys cut by hand than use the automatic Minute Key machine at Lowe’s.
