Excellent same-day support! It helped by being able to dis-assemble the doorknob and latch and take that to the shop. Emily quickly found an identical replacement for the our broken latch. The doorknob assembly re-installed perfectly. Hoping this replacement latch will have same long life that might just outlive me! Many thanks for the excellent service!

I just heard about Gibson Key from someone I do business with. In the past I have used other sources for spare Keys and such. Let me tell you these guys know their stuff. They made me replacement keys that worked great! While I was in their shop I inquired about electronic key fobs and replacements. They told me that they could replace the fob for my car and told me the price. It was a good chunk of change, but they said if I had the parts from the old fob, they might be able to help. WELL DONE MATT! Thank you! He fix the Fob! I can not say enough great things about these kind gentleman.

I left the key to our car carrier at home (11 hours away). I called on the way to our vacation rental and Adam met us there right as we arrived, picked it open, and saved the day. A week later, when we arrived back home in NY, I couldn’t get our key to work in it anymore. I called Adam again and, over the phone, he walked me through what I needed to do. Ten seconds later everything was back to normal. Thanks, Adam…twice!

Had machine cut me 3 Yale door keys. None of them worked. Called 888 number and they refunded my money. So, good customer service. Keys were exact duplicates except that their blanks difference at the very end . Non would turn dead bolt despite many efforts. Oh well. Great concept if it works for you

Dan is very knowledgable, thorough, honest and fair. Dan took on a job for me while we were traveling. It wasn’t his normal residential and commercial job. We moved to Morganton 18 months ago and have been putting off getting a locksmith out to the house to take care of several needed issues. Now I kick myself for not doing sooner. Within an hour of arriving, the technician had re-keyed 3 door locks, advised on how to lubricate them for smoother operation, and examined and got two very expensive locksets functioning again, trained me on how to work them properly, and left me with 4 new keys. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
