From the phone call to the finish was a really good experience. I called to ask if they could repair a car fob and program a new fob that I had bought. The lady told me about these new replacement parts for fobs that fixes the most common problem for $30. She was professional on the phone. I went there and the young man immediately fixed the fob. It was what the lady had said. He then programmed my other fob. I don’t know how long I was there but it seemed less than an hour. I was busy talking with the lady. I enjoyed her company. I wish I had gotten her name.

Made me pay to cancel a service in the same second, found the key on the phone with the lady didn’t even get a price yet and got charged $30 just to be on the phone with the apparently. Absolutely insane.

I did not realize I can have a key made so fast very convenient and it’s pretty simple to operate. I had no idea this kiosk was there. I tried it, I had a key made, and I’m really glad I did wonderful idea worked out perfect.

We moved to Morganton 18 months ago and have been putting off getting a locksmith out to the house to take care of several needed issues. Now I kick myself for not doing sooner. Within an hour of arriving, the technician had re-keyed 3 door locks, advised on how to lubricate them for smoother operation, and examined and got two very expensive locksets functioning again, trained me on how to work them properly, and left me with 4 new keys. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I like the fact you can go in and insert your key and just copy your key and can have a digital copy very simple and easy plus I got a buy two key get one brass key free so now if I ever lose my house key I got back ups I recommend this to everybody great device
