Be careful and ask for the total price BEFORE they start the work. I was not given a clear estimate upfront for a simple lock service in Cary, and after the job was finished, I was charged $250. The explanation given was that Google charges them $48 for leads and that the technician came from Raleigh. The work was completed, but the pricing felt very unclear and much higher than expected.

A fancy kiosk that is easy to operate is no good if none of the copies made works. And that was not a special off-brand key, just a regular Kwikset. MinuteKey claims 100% guarantee. Will see how long it will take them to issue a refund.
