Absolutely wonderful experience with Liberty Locksmith!! Gabriel was amazing! He was so nice and helpful over the phone and even more delightful in person. We had a great experience with Complete Lock and Key. Alex came out to rekey the home we just bought and was incredibly fast, professional, and kind. I expected it to take a while, but he finished the whole job in the time I thought it would take to do one door!

He also made us a new mailbox key, and when the first one didn’t work, he and the team at the shop took care of it right away—no hassle and no extra charge. The service was affordable, and the customer care was top notch. Highly recommend.

Paid for 4 keys, it gave me three. I watched it make 4 but one never made it out of the machine. Lowes manager was no help at all. Keys had burrs and I had to wire brush them in order for them to work.

Needed one, ended up buying 2 and got an extra key for free: the keys did not work, they each had a different filing to them. Hope I can get a refund. I went to Home Depot in Fairview and they also have the same kiosk style. Those keys worked.
