Unfortunately I was locked out of my car this evening and called around 7:30 PM. I was placed to a woman who is very rude. I did not know my location but was at a car wash in Midland on 601 mind you there is only one car wash but I did not have the exact address. She told me I was acting like a teenager and I was being ridiculous. Very rude, and very unprofessional. Thankfully the fire department came and took care of me and helped me out. This woman should be fired unprofessional rude and discourteous. Not necessary when someone has a dog trapped in their car and a very upset child with them and I am a single female needing assistance. Not needed and very rude. Thanks, but not thanks for your help
