I highly recommend this company. I am responsible for the contractors at the company I work for and, they are my best decision so far. The prices can’t be bet and the owners are extremely friendly. I have referred them to many of my friends and associates; have not received nothing but positive feedback from them. While camping at Cliffs of the Neuse State Park didn’t realize we lost our programmable key for our Town and Country until everything was packed up. Called Mike’s Locksmith (Google Search) and the nicest person came right out and got us own our way. Thanks again

Great service and a colorful little shop. They offer a large selection of key blanks to cut, with all the accessories. There are some rustic, country living style bits of decoration for sale as well. I got a good deal on my key cutting and definitely suggest a visit if you need good quality service

Improved to 3 of 5 Stars, bc I was sent a text stating that a refund for the two damaged keys was initiated. Once the refund is received and KeyMe confirms in their update to this review that they have corrected the issue with the “paw print” keys at the Franklin, NC Walmart, I will update my review to 5 of 5 Stars.

Starting with 1 of 5 Stars, bc 2 of the 6 keys I pai for came out of the bent and unusable. In photo provided, top key is the original, bottom two are bent at the hilt.

Lost my only car key for a 2006 model and was fortunate enough to have Mario as my technician. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommended the company based on my experience. One call, 10 minutes later a response call from Mario and we set an appointment after work hours during an extremely cold evening. He worked in the dark, solved the problem and the new key works perfectly.
