Service was quick and very reasonably priced. They were able to make me a key in only a couple minutes just by bringing the lock cylinder from the door for my semi-truck. I live two hours from their location and would make a special trip just for their service if I need them again. Highly recommended!!

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Multiple calls with run arounds and no answers. If you ever need a key made. Never use this service. You’re better off calling Keever’s or Poteat’s. I’d give them zero stars if I was allowed to. Please don’t waste your time like I did.

Paid $8 for a key and got home it didn’t even work on the lock so I had to go to Lowe’s and have them cut me one for $4 that actually did work. My dad said he tried to make a copy of a key here before too and it didn’t work.

Charming mom & pop hardware store. Bought a novelty key blank off of Amazon and took it here to have it cut. Staff was friendly, service was fast, and price was low.
