David was very friendly, polite and understanding when I explained our situation. The keyless lock on our rv wasn’t working and our son forgot to put the key back in its hiding spot. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We were fortunate that David was able to get to us in about 20 minutes and had us inside less than 10 minutes later. I would highly recommend this company.

Got 3 keys for a little over $13 with a buy 2 get 1 free deal. All the keys worked perfectly! Using the machine was very easy and hassle free. They even give you the option to save your key impression to your account in case you ever lose it.

Usually shy away from automated key cutters, but was surprisingly pleased with:

(1) the very well thought out design of the kiosk and how the instructions clearly walked me through the process,

(2) the additional offered feature of safely archiving the key scan info so it can be easily accessed for cutting additional duplicates in the future without the need for rescanning, and

(3) experiencing a 100% successful cut yield with all produced keys turning out to be fully functional. I have not experienced this with other such vendors’ units.
