I recently had an issue after accidentally washing my key fob, and it completely stopped working. I called A1 Locksmith yesterday and explained the situation. The technician immediately told me exactly what steps to take over the next few hours to try to save the fob which is something he absolutely didn’t have to do.

This morning, I called back and met up with him. Not only was he able to save my key, but he also saved my wallet in the process. He was incredibly kind, genuine, and easy to talk to. What really stood out was his honesty- he didn’t try to charge us hundreds of dollars when he easily could have.

A1 Locksmith has truly earned my trust. Highly recommend!

I locked my keys in my truck on a Sunday afternoon and called several locksmiths. Security Plus was the only one who called me back and came to my house. The gentleman who helped me was fast about getting the door open. He was very professional and pleasant. If you ever need any assistance like this just call this company you won’t be disappointed. BTW still waiting for the person who told me to stay by the phone and they would call me right back. Actually glad they didn’t now.

I had an excellent experience with 24hr Discount Locksmith.

After being locked out, I contacted the owner, and he came out the same day within 2 hours. He was extremely professional and had me back inside my house within 5 minutes.

What really sets this company apart is its advanced technology. I have a Kwikset Smart Halo system (Gen 5) lock, and every other locksmith I called wanted to drill the lock because these smart locks are extremely difficult—if not impossible—to pick. Fortunately, this locksmith had the LockTech Kwikset SmartKey GEN 5 Decoder/Digital Scope, which allowed for clean, non-destructive entry. The pricing was fair at $145 total, especially considering the specialized equipment and fast response time. The replacement smart lock would have been over $200 alone!

Before leaving, he also made sure I could use my Kwikset smart key re-key system, so my existing keys continued to work—something I really appreciated.

I must have called 25 locksmiths before finding this company, and none of them had the proper tools for these newer smart locks. I highly recommend 24hr Discount Locksmith. Also, check their website—you can get 10% off as a first-time customer.

I had a most pleasant encounter with Cox Locksmith in Knightdale this week I wanted to share. What a lovely family and family business! I first encountered Granddaughter Nashira by phone and we texted a few times about what I needed and price, etc. In just a few minutes, I was on my way to Knightdale to get my two sliding glass door locks re-keyed. (They do come for service calls but I decided to save that and just take them there.)

I dropped them off with the father of the company Mr. Ron Cox. He was so nice and helpful and said he’d have them ready in a few minutes if I wanted to wait, but I decided to run another errand and come back. When I got back his daughter Shani and son Micah were there so I met them and soon after, the granddaughter Nashira I had spoken with earlier arrived so I took a couple of pictures of this three generational family business to share!!

Mr. Cox said he had been in Knightdale since 1990 and 10 years before that in Raleigh!

I have never seen so many keys in my life as the wall of keys there, but they also have other things like safes and door locks and all sorts of stuff.

I was actually referred to them by someone at Lowes who said they used to re-key locks but not anymore. I’m so grateful for that referral and it was kind of Blip in the hardware department at Lowes to tell me about them. If you ever have any sort of key or key related needs in this area, I cannot recommend enough going to see the Cox family in Knightdale. They are in one of the little strip store sections just down from A’nets Catch!

Called AAA Locksmith on a Friday morning and Janice was at my house by noon to fix a door that had a bad latch bolt and was stuck closed. Janice was very professional and courteous. She did an outstanding job and had my door opened and a new door knob installed in about 30 mins. Will definitely use AAA Locksmith in the future.

I like the fact you can go in and insert your key and just copy your key and can have a digital copy very simple and easy plus I got a buy two key get one brass key free so now if I ever lose my house key I got back ups I recommend this to everybody great device
