I want to thank the technician/gentleman for responding so quickly. It was a cold day and I locked myself out of my house.. could not find the spare key. Sooo .. he had to drill the lock … picking it did not work. Overall and considering everything it was a good experience. Thank you.

I had six copies of three keys made a a Minute Key kiosk in Home Depot. None of the copies opened the locks for which they were cut. I thought that the machine in HD was defective. When I went into Lowe’s, I used the Minute Key kiosk there to cut two copies of one key. Neither of those copies opened the lock for which they were cut. This is now not just a bad machine. Rather, it is a bad service in general.
