Fantastic company! I went in (first time needing this kind of service) and asked about fees, how long it takes,what I need to do, etc. The staff was super friendly and informative. Tim did an amazing job! Everything was thoughtfully executed, affordability priced, and done professionally. I will 100% be using Lytten in the future for any residential or commercial needs that come up.

Even after describing the work over the phone, I had a bit more work on some mortises and deadbolts to be done and it was all done on the spot perfectly.

The key was not trimmed properly. It’s hardly able to fit inside and so tight it will barely unlock and turn.

Keys and overall experience was good! But I’m pretty sure I was overcharged. I did the buy 2 get 1 free. When I received my receipt I was charged for 3 keys.
