While at Topsail I accidentally locked my dog in the main room and the owner did not have a key to the door. This was on a Saturday and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Thankfully KW did and Kevin was here quickly to save the little guy’s day 😀

Dan was very responsive when I called to set up an appointment to have my locks changed. He was also very accommodating when I had to change the day/time 2x, due my tenant not moving out as scheduled. He did the job quickly & efficiently…would highly recommend.

It was simple to figure out how to work it and the key worked great,but I think it was very over priced having to make it yourself when you can or at least used to have an employee make it a whole lot cheaper. But I really liked the colors and designs. I’ll probably have to use it again if I can’t find a store that makes them for me.
