Exceptional service from Jacob and Janice installing an electronic front door lock and a lock to my garage. Communication, efficiency and product knowledge was very good and no pressure to add additional service.

Jacob explained what he was doing and when an additional service was needed he checked with me first noting the price.

AMAZING quick, efficient, and reasonable mobile service! I called on a Sunday to have them come out and make 2 replacement car key fobs. Sol was sent out and he did a great job! He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling! Highly recommend!!! I had 2 extra car key fobs cut and programmed for $190…they were able to use the fobs I bought off Amazon. 🤩

The service answered quickly and sent someone in the area right away. Cedric called to advise his eta and arrived as stated. He verified what was needed to resolve our lockout. I would give this company zero stars if I could. I needed a locksmith & They tried to take advantage of me by saying my address (which is 14mins away from this company) is out of the service area and wanting to charge me $300 to open my front door. I received a call from the company to tell me about this and once she realized I wasn’t going to pay $300 for someone to travel 14 mins up the road she HUNG UP on me. This is the only closest locksmith to me and I’m thoroughly disgusted at their price gouging to people who just need help!!
