We had a great experience with Complete Lock and Key. Alex came out to rekey the home we just bought and was incredibly fast, professional, and kind. I expected it to take a while, but he finished the whole job in the time I thought it would take to do one door!

He also made us a new mailbox key, and when the first one didn’t work, he and the team at the shop took care of it right away—no hassle and no extra charge. The service was affordable, and the customer care was top notch. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend This company if you are ever locked out of your car. they were quick and showed up to my house in about 20- 25 minutes as promised. David was very professional and even left me a couple of goodies. I really appreciate them helping me to get back into my car……

I enjoyed the process of using the kiosk for a copy of my padlock key. The key works perfectly. The only downside to the experience was the price of $7.46 for one copy of my key. I was thinking $3.99 or even $4.99 but $7.46 is a bit pricey for a simple padlock key.

I had 4 keys cut, same key in Walmart in Hope Mills, got home and none of them work! I call and left 3 messages,,,, no call back. Guess I’m out of $12.00. I actually went to Lowe’s in Hope Mills the next day, same key got home, all key work!
You guys may need to check the key cut in hope Mills machine! The cut wasn’t even close to my key.
