This experience was exactly what you hope for when you have an old home with old locks. All of sudden today my doorknob wouldn’t open the latch so I couldn’t get inside. I called around and sent pics to a few different locksmiths and they said that they couldn’t help me because it was as an old mortise knob and lock. I actually got a recommendation from another company to call Liberty about something like this. Gabriel was on it within 30 minutes and it was fixed within an hour. Unreal! Call these guys if you need help. The price was more than fair and they were awesome.
