I bought a new doorknob that had the key going in upside down and I knew would drive me crazy. I called and they told me to come in instead of having a service guy drive to my house and they could do it for free if I came in! I really appreciated the honesty!! They were able to fix my doorknob in 5 min. Very happy – will definitely call them again for future lock / key issues!
