I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!

I was very impressed by how quickly I received response from my call at 9:15 a.m., I accidentally locked my keys to a file cabinet in a bag I put in the file the night before. It was neededbefore going to a doctor’s appointment during the afternoon . After reviewing locksmith options on the internet, calling, and talking with a young woman, I made a $94.79 deposit to ProLock online. She arrived 15 minutes later and was able to open the lock on the file in three minutes. I also had her to open an older file that I have been unable to open for a few months. I am not sure what happened to the key. She offered to see if she can locate one at her office, but I declined until I can check inside the file drawers. A lot of files have a key taped inside of the file drawer. There was no additional cost to my deposit and I was pleased with her work. I will definitely call again if I need help.
