Gordon was responsive and timely. My doors are all old and have special hardware so the “look” was as important as the function. He had to do some retrofitting but he was extremely knowledgeable and proved to be a master craftsman. He also installed deadbolts that look like they had been there forever. Thanks to him, I feel safe and secure. He is truly a joy to work with and I highly recommend his services.

These guys were recommended to me by my auto repair shop. Got a new key and fob for my 23 year old Suburban, one for the console also. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and had me out of there in under 30 minutes. Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. I bought keys here before but they never worked and I thought it was because they were specialty keys. There I decided to give them a second chance with regular, trash. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I tried the “upgraded” key and it didn’t work at all. I went back to get a regular key and that only worked on one of the two locks I need it to work on. They did refund my first order quickly.

Ethan was awesome! Knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly! He programmed a very much needed new fob for my car and was lightning fast! I have had one made before at the dealership and let me tell you, Burnham’s was about a third of the price, a hundred times faster and a million times easier! $30 to make this key.
Guess what? The locksmith down the road in Archdale was $6. And my housekey was $3.50. These machines are a total ripoff.
