Gordon was responsive and timely. My doors are all old and have special hardware so the “look” was as important as the function. He had to do some retrofitting but he was extremely knowledgeable and proved to be a master craftsman. He also installed deadbolts that look like they had been there forever. Thanks to him, I feel safe and secure. He is truly a joy to work with and I highly recommend his services.

I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. These guys were recommended to me by my auto repair shop. Got a new key and fob for my 23 year old Suburban, one for the console also. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and had me out of there in under 30 minutes. Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! I needed my car keys replaced after losing them. They were able to switch my schedule to a same day appointment no problem! The tech was so nice and made sure I was taken care of! He was on time and FAST! What more can you ask for! Money well spent and I do plan to go through them for any future lock or key needs! 10/10 Highly recommend !

Extremely hot outside. I called a few others (on Star, dealership…. ) Then found ACR & called. They were there within 10 min, friendly, professional, fast and MORE affordable than several others. I hope I don’t need them soon😂, but I recommend them!!! I will go for keys though!

I’d been putting off getting another one and using a super glued semblance of a key due to the expected cost/wait for typical key services. This service was amazing! I’ve seen lower prices for locksmith services, but I have NOT seen faster or better service from those same places. Thank y’all!!

I tried the “upgraded” key and it didn’t work at all. I went back to get a regular key and that only worked on one of the two locks I need it to work on. They did refund my first order quickly.
