Woke up early to go to work and key fob had completely stopped working. For years I had a lock smith down the street making keys at 2 bucks a pop. Now I have a machine make a key at six dollars a pop and can get a free brass key if I make sure to ask for it reducing the cost to 4 dollars a pop. Yes finding a clerk is a problem because the store won’t hire enough help. The key works, thank you. The solution provided is not a real step forward, At this rate we are doomed

I was so impressed by the level of customer service and communication. I called after hours and Monica returned my call promptly the next morning. Not 100% happy with the interface. Could not figure out how to order more than one key. No printed receipt. Change the verbage to say would you like an email receipt. The machine worked great otherwise. Made a total of 6 keys all work in the lock perfect.
