Adam was very responsive when I called. We had a door lock that rusted in place. He and his father came same day even though they are 1-1/2 hours away. Adam worked very hard on a complicated door locking system. Got the door open and was able to repair the lock. Very happy I chose Action Lock with the choices I had. Choose local!

Made the unfortunate mistake of leaving the house keys behind when I was carelessly in a hurry. Here in Richmond County it was pass the business hours of our local locksmith. I was able to reach Mr. Burr and he made the trip from Wadesboro to come to the rescue. I am more than grateful for his services and forever thankful for the help that he provided when all hope seemed loss. Customer urgency can often lead to impatience. I’m just glad that I was able to treat him and his business with the respect his services deserved. I thank Mr. Burr and his wife for the graciousness they showed to my wife and I. There’s no fee I wouldn’t have paid to undue my mistake so I am more than pleased with what he charged to make the 30 minute trip.

I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!

I paid about $30–$35 to have a key made, and unfortunately it doesn’t work. I’ll admit I haven’t had the time to come back and address the issue yet, but $30 is a lot of money for me right now, so it’s really disappointing that the key I received doesn’t function. It’s a touch key that’s supposed to unlock the door, but it simply doesn’t work. If the company is willing to make this right, I would absolutely be willing to update my rating.

I highly recommend This company if you are ever locked out of your car. they were quick and showed up to my house in about 20- 25 minutes as promised. David was very professional and even left me a couple of goodies. I really appreciate them helping me to get back into my car……
