Ethan was awesome! Knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly! He programmed a very much needed new fob for my car and was lightning fast! I have had one made before at the dealership and let me tell you, Burnham’s was about a third of the price, a hundred times faster and a million times easier! I called and spoke with Bear and he was out to my house within 15 minutes. Extremely polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the work fast and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the job that he did. It’s very refreshing, having a company that you can rely on with this kind of customer service. I bought a key and the machine told me it would have to be shipped. A week later the envelope showed up with a hole in it and the key missing. Mistakes happen, its understandable. However, I called and asked for a replacement and it never arrived. I’m going somewhere else from now on.

Easy process to get three new keys from the kiosk at Walmart. All three work great. Good quality keys. And Eva got one free. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for simple house keys. But it was pretty easy just. Hardest part was finding the kiosk, which was up front next to the eye center. Everything else easy.

Good selection of types of key and styles. I don’t know if the buy2, get 1 free is standard, but since I needed 3 copies that day: Yay! Defintely quicker and faster than looking for a clerk and waiting for them to figure out if they have the blank. Only small criticism, and it is nitpicky, is that the noise insulation on the unit could be better. I am an old lady with tinnitus, and hate looking ridiculous standing in Lowe’s with my fingers in my ears. 🙂

The computerized process was really simple. Step by step prompt was seamless. The price however was way too expensive for a basic key. I bought 2 keys and my bill was $13.00. They tried to trick me and say I earned a free 3rd key. Well for $13.00 that’s the least thetly could do.
