Woke up early to go to work and key fob had completely stopped working. American Security & Lock responded and was en route to assist with a key replacement for my luxury SUV (which uses a proximity key that you wouldn’t think a key could be made for via a mobile service) within five minutes of my key being lost. The work was completed in a focused and efficient manner. I even learned a few aspects of my vehicle that I did not previously understand. Ivan was prompt, informative, and kind. The trajectory of my week was completely altered by this successful and stress free service. It’s hard to put money on that, but it was *also* very reasonably priced!

I have used this service on multiple occasions for various key issues with the same results each time: swift response times, efficient work, reasonable prices, and excellent outcomes. I wish more services operated in this fashion these days. Thank you!

The lady who owns this is licensed and has been been in the industry for over 10 years.

I got a copy of my 1993 Lexus car keys done for $75 and she doesn’t third party out her locksmith service so I know who is copying my keys

The dealership couldn’t make my key so I had to call other small businesses.

Other places I called wanted $150 for the same type of key and they third partied the service out to some random people that aren’t company employed.

Good friendly service at this business . Highly recommend for fair pricing and speedy service.

Excellent same-day support! It helped by being able to dis-assemble the doorknob and latch and take that to the shop. Emily quickly found an identical replacement for the our broken latch. The doorknob assembly re-installed perfectly. Hoping this replacement latch will have same long life that might just outlive me! Many thanks for the excellent service!

Duplicate front door key made at Walmart kiosk. Same Walmart location (not sure if it’s the same machine/vendor) used to make much nicer looking keys that worked perfectly… every single time … at a lower cost. This key didn’t work at all and wasn’t close to the quality as before. So now I need to find somewhere else for duplicate keys…and will never use the Walmart kiosk again.
