American Security & Lock responded and was en route to assist with a key replacement for my luxury SUV (which uses a proximity key that you wouldn’t think a key could be made for via a mobile service) within five minutes of my key being lost. The work was completed in a focused and efficient manner. I even learned a few aspects of my vehicle that I did not previously understand. Ivan was prompt, informative, and kind. The trajectory of my week was completely altered by this successful and stress free service. It’s hard to put money on that, but it was *also* very reasonably priced!

I have used this service on multiple occasions for various key issues with the same results each time: swift response times, efficient work, reasonable prices, and excellent outcomes. I wish more services operated in this fashion these days. Thank you!

Lost my only car key for a 2006 model and was fortunate enough to have Mario as my technician. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I stopped by Marshall’s Locksmith in Raleigh after struggling with a stuck smart lock cylinder at home — they fixed it in minutes and wouldn’t even take payment. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest team. Hard to find service like this anymore — highly recommend!

Had a basic key made for a door inside a home’s garage. The checkout process worked fine, but the produced key did not work in the lock. Visually the new key looks like the one that works, but no luck. There was an option to pay more for a higher quality key; maybe it would have worked if I paid the additional fee?

I was worried about using the key machine. And I actually ordered 4 keys. Because of the offered discount. I even ordered a special mini mouse key. But sure enough the special key wasn’t the correct to cut with my key. So it was the only one that didn’t work. I felt oh well I’m sure lowes not responsible and I’m out my money. But to my surprise as I called Minute key. I had no problem at all!

Excellent service. The staff and owner are extremely kind, fun to chat with and very hard-working. I needed a handful of keys made and they had them done quickly, and it was cheaper than some of the other places in the area.
