Alex H was a great help re-keying our home. We have a garage apartment and he set the keys up in a way that allows all keys to access the apartment, but made keys that ONLY access the apartment and not the house. He even came back out and fixed our smart lock that was glitching the day after at no charge. Great service. I would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic and quick experience at their location. The staff were extremely helpful and informative during their processes, and very welcoming during my wait. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment, the lady on the phone was friendly and concise, the locksmith was expertly quick and helpful.

I’d been putting off getting another one and using a super glued semblance of a key due to the expected cost/wait for typical key services. This service was amazing! I’ve seen lower prices for locksmith services, but I have NOT seen faster or better service from those same places. Thank y’all!!

Mr. Greg is the most sweet and humble man. I called to get a spare key programmed to my car and I stay about 30 minutes or so away from Asheboro. Even though he was unsure about being able to program the key for my 2020 Toyota Camry, he still drove out this way in this HOT sun to be of service. He even charged me a low price with others charging over $300. He charged me less than $100. I insisted on paying more and he wouldn’t take it. Therefore I wanted to make sure I write this review to tell everyone about this business and the great service Greg offers. Please get in contact with him for your locksmith needs!

I had keys made at a kiosk. They are okay keys. Metal is a bit thin but they work fine. The kiosk wanted to charge extra to ‘finish the edge of the key’. I decided to forgo that ‘option’. As l suspected, the edges came out very rough with bits of metal hanging on the cut. This is a janky thing to do to the customer. Those bits of metal can jamb up a lock and require a Lock Smith to fix it. The edges can be finished with a quick application of a wire brush. It is sad that they want to charge you to do the job correctly. Buyer beware.

Super disappointed with this experience. I had two house key copies made, and both of them were defective and did not function at all. Total waste of time. Giving two stars since the refund process was simple and they didn’t question it, which makes me wonder how often this happens.

Upon inspection, the duplicate keys I received are too long and were not exact copies of my house key which would explain the issue. I learned via online forums that this is a common problem with Eufy smartlocks, but wasn’t aware until this occurred. Your mileage may vary.

We needed an old doorknob/lock changed out and I looked for companies on BBB and found AL Odom Locksmiths very highly rated. I called and left a contact request online and they reached right back out to me, we got it scheduled within an hour, they confirmed, communicated prior to coming out, they were professional and did a fantastic job. We requested multiple keys and they were able to fulfill that request last minute. We were out of town at the time, and they worked with us to take payment over the phone after completion. They made an uncomfortable, scary situation – easy. They even looked at another door that was giving us problems and were able to adjust the lock so that it worked again. Highly recommend and will use again.
