I like the fact you can go in and insert your key and just copy your key and can have a digital copy very simple and easy plus I got a buy two key get one brass key free so now if I ever lose my house key I got back ups I recommend this to everybody great device

Really slow to make keys, touch screen is not sensitive and I had to keep pressing. $6 key? That’s crazy. But they do work! I used to pay $1 and key made much quicker than standing in front of a screen wasting time. I was really taken aback by the price and would have gone elsewhere but I was short on time. Had I known it took that long to complete order I would have been better off at local hardware.

Ricky is honest, does good work, and friendly. He cut a couple of new keys for my car quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be going back to A1 in the future for my locksmith needs.

The stars say it all. I found this place to get two truck keys cut and the second picture in the gallery is what I saw when I walked in. A nice front counter with a workbench behind it with a gentleman sitting at it doing work. I was greeted by another gentleman on what was needed, I gave him my keys and said I called earlier and to see if they could be cut. He took them back to the gentleman who was working, when he did I went to TRY and take a seat to wait patiently not really knowing how long he’d take. Before I could even sit my back against the chair the gentleman who took my keys called me back to the counter for the price, $15 for two keys. I said cool, took maybe 15 sec to pay. Went back to the chair to TRY and sit down again and before my butt could touch the cushion that same gentleman called me back. I walked up to the counter and he laid all three keys on the counter, my original and the two cut ones and told me thank you.

I say all that to say that this place was GREAT, extremely fast, and efficient to the point that the amount of time it may take for you to read the story above that’s how long I was in that shop lol. The keys have been working GREAT as if they were the originals and they were very respectable.

This is a great place with great quality work.

I stopped by Marshall’s Locksmith in Raleigh after struggling with a stuck smart lock cylinder at home — they fixed it in minutes and wouldn’t even take payment. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest team. Hard to find service like this anymore — highly recommend!

Key wouldn’t start vehicle after I programmed it. It locks and unlocks the vehicle. Key turns ignition and won’t start. I asked to have it checked and all I got was “Your not making any sense, if it turns the ignition it works.” He was very disrespectful. I agree it should work, could be a faulty key. However, he argued with me for a while. Horrible customer service.
