I had a great experience working with Anthony on rekeying and installing a new deadbolt. He was patient and flexible with me rescheduling multiple times and highly professional. Anthony kept me updated and responded to my calls/texts promptly. He was very respectful wearing shoe covers throughout the house and did a great job on the install of the new deadbolt. Would definitely use them again for future work if needed.

I’m a first time user with Minute Key, but it will not be my last time using them because their system works great! I tried another company years ago and was very disappointed to the point that I almost didn’t try Minute Key and that would have been a mistake on my part. At first glance the machine might seem a bit intimidating because it’s so futuristic, but I can assure you that if I can navigate through it then anyone can!!! It was a fun experience as you get to view the robotic process in real time! You have a selection of styles to choose from but not so many that you get overwhelmed. Bottom line, they have a great product, competitive pricing, with accurate results!!!
