I manage an office and needed my locks re-keyed. AV Lock, by far, gave me the best quote. It was significantly better than other local places. I needed it done before the weekend and inquired on a Friday around noon. He responded quickly and was able to do the job same day. I will use them for any future needs and highly recommend.

Very good rates ! Got a key fob, programmed and cut for my Honda accord !! Very quick service. Took less than 30 minutes! They have the best prices in the area. Very satisfied and highly recommended!!

I had 3 keys made. So far, I’ve only been able to check 2 of them, but one doesn’t work at all. It’s not even cut near correct on one side. Also, when trying to add in details for future keys, the system shows all keys gold, so you have no clue if you’re marking them correctly. I was guessing and adding information when it kicked me out because my last key was finishing. This was first time trying KeyMe. I’ll probably go back to Minute Key after this disaster.

I had no problem with using the machine. User friendly enough. I’m sure that the machines require maintenance to keep them functioning properly.
The amount you charge is higher than others I’ve used. Eg. Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
They offer the additional key if you buy X amount.
The cost of $5.99 is not that far different. The additional $2.99 option to “smooth” the key(s) cut edges is a bit over the top.
Any other place I’ve used does the cutting and smoothing for one price.
You know what you need to charge to make a living. I’m not one to dictate price. Nothing is getting any cheaper.
I would probably use your service again. Most likely with the same scenario as last evening. I needed the keys ASAP and Lowe’s was already closed.

Took a few minutes. Made keys at Walmart… less than $10 for 3. ( 1 fancy one) and they all work!
