The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest. Give Mike Harbour a call at Waldo’s lock & Security & schedule appointment with him if you want to be just as a happy customer as I am now!!!

Too complicated for older customers. Too expensive . Took to long to have 1 or 2 keys made. They work. But ca.e out too rough on edges.came out to bought. Edges needed filling.If I have choice in
..will never use again. However for this one time. Was after hours, most all other shops close and this machine with help of younger employee of Walmart who new how to operate this machine just happen to be available when I needed help. Thanks for having your machine there that night for me. It worked for me with help.
