Went to purchase 2 keys from Lowe’s in Salisbury. Found the minute key machine and it was easy to operate and make keys. Liked the buy 2 and get third free. BUT second key was made but failed to fall in bin. Then third key was made so I left with 2 keys. Told Lowes about incident but they said it was not their machine. Machine easy to use and both keys worked great. But if a problem occurs, ????. Reason for 3 stars instead of 5.

I’ve had 2 keys done at different dates. Both had to be shipped because they have chips in them. It took about 5 working days to get each one but that was fine. They both work fine for both cars. I’m satisfied.
