First time using the Minute Key machine and the whole process couldn’t be easier. I especially liked the self-service aspect and I didn’t have to locate an associate to physically cut the key. My boys also enjoyed watching the internal mechanics, viewable through a protective window at the front of the machine.

The keys only work on 1 of the 4 locks that they should work on.
Also, what’s with the $2 up-charge for extra milling/smoothing? Either cut the key well, or don’t cut it at all.
